Currently we are looking for Retail Wireless Consultants to join our team.
Position: Retail Wireless Consultant
Scope of Position:
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing superior customer satisfaction in an effort to achieve store and budget objectives. The position is directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers with the purchase of cellular equipment and service.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Achieve or surpass individual sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Assist potential and existing customers in the purchase of phone equipment and service.
- Telemarketing for prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, needs and/or problems.
- Responsible for opening, closing and operating the retail facility.
- Perform cash/inventory counts and verifications.
- Receive, process and deposit all payments.
- Assist with functions in a retail store by complying with Cellular Advantage policies and procedures.
- Assist in month end inventory.
- Assist in maintaining a presentable store appearance.
- Identify areas to improve customer service to immediate manager.
- Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
- Goal Tracking
- Be on time for shifts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state equivalency certification required.
- 1 year cellular experience preferred.
- 1 year retail experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
